Invisible braces are used to treat crooked teeth or space between teeth. They also known as aligners are used to bring your teeth in proper alignment

They are transparent plastic trays that you have to wear the entire day except while eating.

If you don’t wear them for the required hours, you don’t get the result.

They are substitute for metal braces. Metal braces look unaesthetic and sometimes the wire gives discomfort. Many a time’s people don’t get their teeth aligned because they don’t like the braces to be seen by everybody.

Aligners are transparent plates that fit in the surface of your teeth and hence not visible from a distance and hence they are known as invisible braces. They are given as set of trays to be changed every week or fortnightly.

It is more comfortable as well, as there are no wires. They were costly initially, but now as multiple companies have started developing it, they have become affordable and hence it is now feasible for patients to get it done. For the conventional orthodontic treatment, you have to visit the dentist multiple times, but in case of aligners you can get the set of trays in single appointment and can reduce the number of appointments

How to get it done?

You need to consult your dentist for the aligners’ treatment. They will examine your teeth and give a proper treatment plan required. With many companies now developing aligners, there are also some companies which give the treatment at a very cheaper rate without the help of dentist. Beware of such aligners as they might be cost effective and give you faster results but they might not be good for long term.

Thus invisible braces have changed the era and made it possible for everyone irrespective of age and profession to get their teeth aligned beautifully.
